for any job you need to be done , you’d always pick an expert - the one who knows his/her shit.
so when will we finally leave the job of lawmaking to those who actually know the law?
we have all these regulatory boards for other professions, why don’t we have one for government officials? why don’t we test these political aspirants intellectually and run a comprehensive background check before they can file their certificate of candidacy?
before the debates and the infomercials, why don’t we sort them out first before the worthy ones enter campaign period and save ourselves from fuckloads of bullshit?
